I know it’s Friday, little late in the week for this. But Yet’s reflect on the most important question of them all. As we enter into 2018, what are you doing to keep a close relationship with GOD?

So For me personally, I find that as I keep on posting an new devotional on this website, it helps me keep my eyes in the word and not in the world. Also, I turn on worship music whenever I have an chance to. Lets face it, 2017 was the year, busy busy year, we just got through the most busiest time of the year, christmas and new years. It’s time for some of us to finish the school year, others may have started an new job. Life can get busy, but lets not get so busy that simply turning on christian music throughout the day is no longer an option.

So, I would love to Hear your Answer below, What are you doing this year to stay close to GOD?

Calling by God

(Calling by God)
Moses Just got back from the desert and is telling the slaves that God told him that his job was to free them. Seems pretty simple, right, we know the story, but think about this calling on Moses life. How many people do you think looked at Moses with an uplifted eyebrow? How many mock him saying, “Oh Yeah, God come like a burning bush and told you to slave us? You been in desert for way to long Moses.” I personally believe Moses was in desert for just the right amount of time. God was getting him ready and teaching him about the desert those 40 years, because God’s mission on Moses life was to bring the Jewish Slaves into the desert for 40 years. I expect God used Moses’s Wife and her family to teach Moses all about desert life. God going to use others to mold you into who he wants you to become. He also is going to take you through some fire to refine you like Gold. He wants to see if your going to give up or look up. See Moses training was done, it’s time for the calling to be fulfilled. And He was scared, he didn’t want to do it. He was perfectly fine where he was, but God wasn’t perfectly fine about where he was and Moses needs to hurry and get out of his confront zone and start following God.

In the NT, Jesus teaches “Deny Self, Pick up Cross and Follow God”. Moses had a choice to make at the bush and it’s the same choice we all have to make. Will will deny ourselves. Give up and leave everything we become. Pick up our Wood, for Moses it was a staff, for us, it’s our perfectly cross. Follow through with the called purpose of our lives. I can think of a-lot of other things I rather do than try to fulfill my personal calling to be a pastor. I want to be rich, famous and be like the world’s top CEO, but no i’m not persuading that, but rather pursuing God’s calling on my life. Apart from Christ, I’m a greedy men who wants to gain wealth and riches and fame and few people have heard me say it few times, and made me want to be my foot in my mouth. I’ve notice as I follow Christ, he fulfills those desires. The Ministry reaches 27 nations, i’m an Head Hourly Manager, not rich though. God has something better in-stored for you. I know he does, follow his leading and see what he will do through you and don’t be afraid.
